I can't thank the staff enough at Carter Rehab in Adrian for fixing my shoulder. I went there with a completely torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder and within like 4 - 5 weeks, I am pain free and I have about 99% use of my shoulder now. They all did a great job and saved me from having an operation for sure. Thank you to the staff, you are all the best!!
I have had PT at other facilities and was never treated as well as I was here! The staff from front desk on were very professional, courteous, helpful, kind, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed at each visit and extremely comfortable with each aide that helped. My two therapists are SUPER!!! Thanks to all of them I am walking, post knee replacement without limp or pain.
As a senior citizen, I appreciate that none of the staff was condescending. I was addressed by name and not called "honey" or "sweetie" as a replacement of not learning my name (a pet peeve). I exercised in the pool with the help of Aubrey and she was mindful of my pain limitations and made useful suggestions for my therapy. I was impressed with the level of care.
